What time is check-in and check out?
Check-in is guaranteed from 3pm on the day of arrival. We require guests to check out by 11am on their check out day
Is there car parking available?
The hotel has 27 complimentary car parking spaces which are subject to availability on a first-come-first-served basis. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the availability of parking.
Is there a restaurant on-site?
Our main restaurant is 62 The Bank, we served breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a week
Do you have any accessible rooms?
We have some easy access rooms that are level with the lift or on the ground floor. We also have some rooms that have a walk-in shower. For advice on accessible stays, please call us on 01271 342289
What are the local attractions in the area?
We are conveniently situated at the heart of Barnstaple. The high street is just on our doorstep where you can find plenty of local and popular high street shops. Barnstaple’s historic pannier market is just a few minutes' walk away. (Maybe insert link to our things to do page?)

Free WiFi is available throughout the hotel. You will need to sign in and agree to the terms and conditions of use.

Breakfast is served from 7:30am - 10am.
Dinner is served from 6 - 9:30pm
Do you have a swimming pool?
We don’t have leisure facilities on-site, however, guests enjoy free use of our sister hotel’s swimming pool, fitness suite and sauna at The Barnstaple Hotel.
Do you have car charging facilities?
We don’t have car charging facilities on site, however, our sister The Park offers a car charging point, less than 1 mile from our hotel.
Are there iron facilities in the room?
All rooms are equipped with an iron, to request an ironing board please call reception.
What is the dress code in the restaurant?
There is no dress code in either of our dining facilities.
