Delicious fresh foods from local suppliers

Being based in the heart of the West Country, we are lucky to have some amazing local foods produced right on our doorstep: from delicious fresh meats and vegetables from local farms, rich local creams and cheeses, to exceptional fresh fish and seafood. That’s why we like to source our fresh foods as locally as possible.

Our talented team of chefs take ingredients from local suppliers that we know and trust, and use them to create amazing dishes. Not only does this cut down on food miles, it also means that our menus always feature dishes that are brimming with local flavour and wholesomeness.

For example, our silverside of beef comes from a small holding, Swannacott Manor Farm about an hour down the road in North Cornwall and our turkeys come from MC Kelly near Crediton in Mid-Devon. All of our vegetables are sourced from local fruit and veg supplier, John Patt's Ltd whom source primarily hyper-local produce, such as cauliflower and cabbages from Braunton, swedes from South Molton and eggs and potatoes from Bideford!
